David Charlson – Owner
I was born just north of London in the United Kingdom. I graduated from the University of East London Business School with a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies. After university, I served as a Police Officer in London for over 17 years, initially as a response officer and later as a protection officer responsible for diplomatic premises including Downing Street, the Houses of Parliament, the American Embassy, and other high-profile sites.
Following my police career, I successfully managed my own business in the UK for many years before relocating to Lakewood Ranch, Florida with my wife and children. I have always been fascinated by how things work taking things apart, solving problems and rebuilding them better has been a lifelong passion. Handyman tasks are something I truly enjoy, and I have spent my entire adult life honing these skills and assembling the right tools for every job.
I have extensive experience in all areas of home maintenance and even built a two-story extension on my home alongside my brother. Since moving to Florida full-time four years ago, I have been involved in home watch and home maintenance. I am a fully certified home watch professional through the National Home Watch Association.
